No discussions about Father's Day?

Is this time because of the timezone difference? It seems I haven't seen a discussion about Father's Day yet. Or is it less popular than Mother's Day?
After a while, we will go out to have a lunch. In fact it is just a kind of greeting for Father's Day. I hope my dad will be happy to it anyway

In my family we don´t celebrate mother´s day. The children do, and father´s day too.

It is less popular than Mother's day and I don't understand why that is. I do write something about Father's day every time.
