I’m a CHEATER! Are You a Cheater, Too?

Well, I tried to be faithful in everything. I cannot deceive myself for not liking the unhealthy manner of cheating. "Are you a cheater?" It wasn't a good feeling. I cheated myself today and it cannot be denied. Thus, I am a cheater for eating an oily food in the restaurant. I was walking by near the local mall and ended up eating in Cheat Day Resto. I had my lunch here and ordered a steak with unlimited rice. I failed myself for not following my ultimate goal to lose weight. But then, I promised myself this will be the last one.
“Have you cheated yourself for eating a heavy meal?”

Yes and I think that we all do that.
Its happened today I did not cheat but someone else did.
All day following a diet then I catch them out.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I agree. After having a good meal, we can do some exercises to burn it.

If we don't splurge once in a while we will never stick to losing weight. You can't deprive yourself of everything you enjoy.

It would be hard to find someone that doesn't eat things they shouldn't have. No one is perfect. The beauty is that we can always get back on track the next day.

When I saw the words "unlimited rice" I immediately checked if you're from the Philippines, and I'm correct! haha. Well, that happens to me too. I also promised to myself that I will lose weight after gaining much weight last year. It's one my resolutions. My weight last December was at 80kg, but I'm now between 74-75kg (last time I checked in Manila Doctors). I quit soft drinks, Pork, and coffee. I still cheat from time to time, but I'm not feeling guilty about it. The reason why I'm not feeling guilty because I'm now after being "healthy" than losing weight which for me is much better.

we have to have a cheat day, if we are on diet. anyway, 6 dieting days is good, a cheat day is also good, as long as we do not commit the sin of gluttony.

@cacay1 but even if i am a voracious rice eater, i set my own limits. when i am already satiated, i stop. i don't eat or drink outside my own limits.

I want to feel good. I want to look good in all my tight dresses... but I'm too lazy to do anything about it, even eating. I eat when I feel like eating and stop when I don't feel like eating anymore... I keep telling myself that one day, one day I will look good... I think I cheat myself that way...

@atoz1to10 I agree. We can still aim for something and it can be balanced at the same time.

, many times friend, I cheated myself many times.Sometimes we are not honest all we have to do is for forgiveness to Lord. I also promised not to eat much despite not hungry, so after eating, jogging after few hours rest after eating. It is tiresome to jog, but the carbo must be out in the body.

Yes I have! But I get back on the healthy way of living and go on about life, no need to worry about it afterwards.
