Where is your ideal summer holiday destination?

I'm looking to book a week away I'm from UK so don't want to travel hours by plane but up to 5 is fine

i 'd love to go to a high mountain, standing on the top, looking at the sky and seeing the other mountains around me. that must be wonderful
