I think this is natural, more excitement on nearing our goal.
It is said the last step is different when we climb many.
I get excited when I land in a new place.
I am in the finance field and feel excited when accounts are signed so that I look forward than back.
Also when e-filing as many data have to be collated, checked and filed on time.
Also when a long pending issue is about to be resolved like a disputed amount - siva
