Have you been keeping up with the news story about the exchange student from China who was studying for her Doctorate at the University of Illinois , who went missing? I forget if she had been here for 6 weeks or 6 months, but she was looking for housing outside the campus, and had answered an ad.. She was last seen getting into a car (supposedly concerning the housing ad) and hasn't been seen since June 9. Her Father and Aunt traveled from China to help find her. They are quite devastated and said they will stay here as long as it takes to find her. This is a big story over in China. I think the last thing I read is that the car she was seen traveling in has been found. Just pray she has been kidnapped and not murdered. There was a story here in Georgia about some young teenage girl who was kidnapped and spent a year away from her family until luck happened and she was rescued and her captor was put in jail. So, those stories of just kidnappings do happen. I just pray this young woman will be ok.
