My next door neighbor died

So about 11am this morning my block was filled with cops, ambulance, and fire trucks. Well, I go outside to talk to my friend and they tell me they went upstairs from them because dude's nephew found their uncle on the living room floor unresponsive with mucus and blood coming out his nose and mouth. First they thought it was a drug overdose because of the needles next to his body but found out that was his insulin needles. We seen the coroner there and everything. Well, here's what happen. He had diabetes and high blood pressure and his sugar dropped which caused his blood pressure to drop so he had a stroke. He did drink last night which alcohol was a factor. My condolences to his family and friends. From my understanding he was in his 40's and died from his health problems. We knew him but not very well. He was a very nice neighbor though and kept to himself. Our neighborhood won't be the same for awhile.
