3. Iron rich foods
4. Milk for proper calcium
5. Medications if needed
Every year a lot of woman suffers from pregnancy compilations. We need to be careful.........

A pregnant woman does not have to eat everything you listed. No human pregnant or not has to.
When i was pregnant i ate cheese bread sticks, fried dough and wendys almost everyday. Never touched veggies (never did before or after pregnancy either) or fruits. And milk wasn't always a friend. Yet I was healthy as a horse and all baby, and my daughter was normal size and healthy as a horse too.
Everybody, and every body is different. And although people want you to eat healthier when pregnant you don't have to.

eating lots of nuts,proteins,green vegetables are really good.

Of course it is important. Pregnant women have to take note what to eat for the unborn baby growth and for the mom body to withstand from falling ill. I had to eat more tofu, drink milk, less meat, more ginger , more water and more fish.
