Osteoporosis: A Global Risk, Are We Safe?

July 4, 2017 1:08am CST
Globally Osteoporosis is the second largest alarming disease after diabetes. Every 1 in 2 women and 1in 4 men are at a risk of this. Lack of Calcium intake is the most common reason of Osteoporosis. After 40 a human has to take minimum 1000 mg calcium each day to avoid the risk factors. Probably the NANO CALCIUM is the most fruitful of all calcium as it is 100% absorbed. Take a walk in the sunlight also gives a safety margin. Stay Healthy... Stay Safe.

And stop to drink milk. In his book "Milk the deadly poison" Robert Cohen shows that there is very low or no osteoporosis in countries with low or very low milk consumption. Even if the food industry is extolling the virtue of calcium inside milk, it seems that the milk proteins are encouraging the loss of calcium because, among others, milk lowers the PH level of the body.

@cahaya1983 It is good for a baby but an adult does not need milk. Drink it moderately.

Yes, I agree many people are suffering the problem. In fact people are aware about the importance of calcium intake only when they suffer the problem. Once we get affected then there is no cure for the same. It is better to be particular on getting the sufficient amount of calcium for the day.
