Learn How to Be a Mermaid or a Merman: "Where? Would you?"

This is a fun and exciting news. I had read that people who are aspiring to acquire mermaid skills can enroll themselves in World Swimming Mermaid School, New York. I am sure it would be best for a child to fulfill their dreams to be a mermaid. “How cool is that, right?” It can also be a good business for some countries who can swim as like mermaids "Are there any school like this in your place?" “Did you ever dream to be a merman or mermaid?” “Are you inspired to be Ariel the mermaid during your childhood years?” Image Credit: orig03.deviantart.net

Mermen do not exist, the half man half fish are called Tritons, the first was a mythological Greek god, the messenger of the sea, son of Poseidon.

@LadyDuck I agree. There is no such term merman. I am not sure how it was started, I agree that in Greek mythology Poseidon was known to have a fish tail.

I don't want to be that . I am afraid of drowning in the deep water. I enjoy for watching the sea and beach .

It is nice that you have the interest to learn this. We don't have school in my city, too.

@LeaPea2417 I also think of that before. I am not sure if my granny's nanny was telling the truth about the mermaid. She claimed that mermaid does exist. That's the reason why I was looking mermaid if I am on the beach.

@Shavkat I always like to swim and when I was a kid and my family would take trips to the beach, I would swim in the ocean and always wished mermaids were real and if they were, I would want to be one, ha ha.

I never aspired to be a merman, but I did think it would be cool to be Aquaman.

While I love swimming, I can't hold my breath very long and I don't like to eat fish. I'm pretty sure those last two would disqualify me from Mermaid School. Well, that and the fact that I'm no longer a "maid"...

No, but Little Mermaid 2 did inspire me to learn "I Hope You Dance." I really like that song.
