God, I ate too much!

My wife and I had fish and chips at Long John Silvers and boy, I can tell you, we both ate too much. I ordered extra hush puppies and a large Pepsi. But now I have no more room, and I still have cake and ice cream when we have company over to celebrate my wife's birthday, born on the 4th of July. This is a post about what I had for lunch. So, It's the truth, not a lie. Something good has to come out of this, right?

No good fish and chips here but I do love them. When I eat food I enjoy I also tend to overeat. Happy Birthday to your wife and hope you enjoy the fourth.

All that matters is you enjoyed your lunch and some room can made later for that cake and ice cream.

No one to blame over eating on but oneself. We dont have any LJS left, just Captain Ds.

They are both okay. Captain Ds makes good hush puppies.

You and your wife enjoyed yourselves. There's nothing wrong with that. Of course, you shouldn't eat like that all the time. That's not good for your health. Everything in moderation!

You are right. And I feel a bit guilty. I was on the scale this morning and had dropped a few pounds, and now I will be working hard at getting them off after this day. Oh well, tomorrow I will have a salad and maybe mow the lawn.
