A friend of mine has just climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and has said it was Fantastic.
It is the highest mountain in Africa and many South Africans venture out to conquer this challenge. You might like to know that "Mount Kilimanjaro with its three volcanic cones, Kibo, Mawenzi and Shira, is a dormant volcanic mountain in Tanzania. It is the highest mountain in Africa and the highest free-standing mountain (i.e., not part of a mountain range) in the world at 5,895 metres (19,341 ft) above sea level."
I am not one into extreme sports and I only test my body to limits I know it can withstand, but many people like to do the over-the-top extremes and they continue to do so throughout their lives.
So well done Chad - Mooi gedoen
I love to travel, but when in other countries, I would never move out of my comfort zone for fear of injury and getting lost.
What are your feelings about extreme adventures and sports?

Haven't tried, not a risk taker when it comes to extreme adventures and sports.

I personally and physically can't do extreme sports even though it would be nice to visit that mountain.
