I don't like it either.
And I really admire teachers for loving their profession, teaching at school and working at home (lesson plan).

My schedule is all disorganised anyway! I do a lot of work from home because of the nature of some of it. I don't mind but it does sometimes make it difficult to take a break and I end up spending a lot of time working when I should be relaxing. I've even been known to work while on holiday.

I have brought work home because it is quieter and can get it done in a quiet environment.

Yes, many years go I had to bring home work and other did, too. We did it because it had to be done. We never got paid for our time.
