No matter how tough and intense life is, the principal is NEVER give up and never surrender to the reality, continue battling for a better living is all depending on your hands, other may come to support, comfort and provide you the advice that may potentially lead you out of your struggling and sufferings.
Toward the end, you are the main savior, not only for you alone, as well as your family and children. Life is constantly tough and never been easier and this is a fact of the present world. Be strong yet not giving up your faith.
I am a Buddhist I seek for Buddha for his wisdom blessings and guidance. As for others, pray to your almighty god for his eternal love and divine blessings.

My faith in God and being a Christian is everything to me. I need that to get me through the bad and celebrate the good.

Thank you for the feedback.
Yes indeed Tibet will never give up hope. The indication of this discussion is basically and fundamentally related to the Buddha first sermon at the Deer Park. Buddha, he taught the "Four Noble Truths" by addressing the existence of suffering, its cause, and its end.
