Today is just like any other day for me, except maybe for the fact that I'm feeling kind of down since early this morning. Maybe because I tend to worry too much about things like bills deadlines, my kids schools etc.
So to help myself out, what I did is indulge myself in watching movies. It's good diversion from too much thinking but once the movie ends the feeling of stress comes crashing back in.....
What do you do in times like this. Kindly give me your advice.
Good evening

When I feel depressed from the situation I am in, I try to look at it from the side and not from my perspective, so I can see all sides of the situation because there are always atleast two sides , and then I try to think about the good things from the situation I am in...

Earn. I'm more of a "fix it" kind of person. I make things go away, like right away, if it worries me. Things such as dues, deadlines and what not..
If watching a movie helped you a bit, just keep on doing it until you're ready to make a move and get it done with. Feel better soon.

Right now I am worried sick since we have to move with our 5 children, and we have no idea what's going to happen. I have been praying a lot, talking about it here and trying to stay busy with other things.

@HeartBM Thank you, I hope the best for you as well. =) As moms it is our job to worry because we do love so much.

Thanks for sharing. I guess as moms we tend to worry a lot even before things really happen. Maybe its the downside of loving too much hahaha. Right now I just pep talk myself that evening will come to pass and it's better to move forward than backward. I hope the best for you
