How long do you sleep at night ?

Sleeping is part of our life .No one can deny that .Do you know how important the sleeping for people ? . The people in the modern society . They have to work at high pressure .That make more competitive any places in the world. Now some people have many problems with they lose sleep . I heard the normal sleep time is 7 or 8 hours for adults . The people less sleep time for long time .It can cause lots of body health problems and diseases .Do you have a good sleep at night ?

I sleep for 6 and a half to 7 hours if I am lucky or else it is just starting 6 hours ..but I make up during the weekend .

I usually sleep 8 hours. Lately, I sleep for 6 hours because of work-related reason.

My mom has had up ans down sleep since she had me 25 years ago. Shes healthy no problems. I sleep 6-10 hours normally. No problems. Its the person not the sleep i think

I don't have a good sleep at night. I only slept for a few hours because of doing some online works. What about you? do you get sufficient sleep?

@Linda1234 whatever the reason that is, i think you need to at least learn to manage your time, as i am doing the same thing now. Sleep deprivation is really not good for the health. So you better do the right move and start embarking on a healthy lifestyle. :)

I used to only sleep 7-8 hours per night but now since I've retired, I started sleeping 10 hours. Never did that before but I guess it is the lack of pressure to get up and move. Working online is the best thing that ever happened to me. Nothing like working in your pajamas if you want!
