I presume you are from the Philippines, it's mostly slow during rainy season because most still use DSL, the rest of the providers have capping

I know how frustrating that is. Try closing other tabs and apps. If you're using your phone, make sure no updates or downloads are running. If you're on a computer, restart your connection. There are other ways to make it faster but if you've done pretty much everything on your end, you might wanna consider changing your service provider.
