Why didn't somebody take a picture?

Paul McCartney of Beatles fame is in my living room and I'm right next to him and I'm thinking why doesn't somebody take a picture as I would want a picture of that. What a great souvenir that would make?
Of course, I'm having a dream that Paul is in my living room and I'm helping him set up his instruments and the song I'm Only Sleeping is playing in the background.
Was there ever a situation or an event where you wish somebody had taken a picture?
I once went to a Frank Sinatra concert and it would have been nice to have a picture or a few pictures of Frank and me.
"I'm Only Sleeping" is a song by The Beatles from their 1966 studio album Revolver. It was released two months earlier in the United States on the album Yest...

Yes, it was! Did you read about a new invention that will be able to record dreams and then we can replay them on a screen?

@bluesa You're right but the future is almost here.
Are you sick of having a cool dream or nightmare that you can't remember the following morning? Well those days... are over... Hello everyone and welcome to ...

@1hopefulman , no I haven't read about it. Sounds like something out of a Star Trek episode!

Yes. There are times when I wish I had taken a picture and there was no reason not to as I had a camera or cell but just didn't and regretted it later

Can you tell us about an occasion where a picture would have been appreciated later?

There were many famous actors, singers, news anchors, movie stars, and models I've had dinner with and hung out with at the pool or at homes, but no one thought of taking a photo - ever!
Btw, my father sang in a contest with Frank Sinatra. Guess who won? lol

So, you're the photographer? And when you show the pictures of everyone having fun, you're never in the picture?

@1hopefulman I like to take pictures, but I don't consider myself a photographer. No, I'm not usually in the picture.

Me too, so I'm glad that we have cell phones with cameras these days and so we always have a camera with us.

@1hopefulman Mostly we have the means to take photos whenever we need to. As you say, it's a good thing.

In fact you could ask others to take photos for you. Last week my son and I joined the parents sports activity and I asked other parents to take phtoos for us If I didn't say so, perhaps we couldn't leave some good memories with photos

Yes, that is a good idea as we don't always have a camera with us but now with cell phones it is much easier and we can even take selfies.

That's a hilarious dream. I dreamed A group called the Gap Band was in a space ship outside my window trying to pull me into the space ship like a vacuum. As for taking a picture, wish I had a camera to take pictures of my cousins at grams' 85th B-Day. Didn't know how to use the Android cam yet.

Yes, dreams can be funny. If only we could film them as often we forget them so fast.

For me it would be a lot of baseball stars I idolized as a youngster.
