Good morning,well having our first cup of coffee while watching the news and hear good things.Drinking coffee could be connected to a reduced risk of dying from a slew of disease including heart disease and stroke, according to two new The health benefits and limitations of coffee have been long studied, and this isn't the first time coffee drinkers have seen headlines claiming their morning habit may result in a longer life. This was good news to hear.I normally have two cup every day. Gee I will live to be hundred I am sure most of us heard this before.But it is good news for coffee drinkers. I guess it's one of those "in moderation" things . . . but I will take any good news that I can! I have green tea during the week, but I sure enjoy coffee mornings on weekends with Hubby. I can't wait to read your 100th birthday post .

Caffeine isn't good for those who suffer from hypertension. - but otherwise it does have health benefits.

I have always heard that. Unfortunately for me, too much coffee upsets my stomach. Probably because I only have 1 per day and am not used to more. Anyway, long life to you!

I like to drink it a couple of times a day..Buy Organic, as it is supposed to be free from pesticedes, and it tastes better..

Yes, I am sitting here with my cup of Joe now. My grandparents were heavy coffee drinkers and both lived until their mid 90's.

I am not a coffee person, I drink tea twice in a day. However, when my BP is down I depend on coffee because coffee can boost the bp.
