Why Is It So Hard To Decide On What's For Lunch

Every day I have the same conversation with myself and always come up with nothing exciting. It's the what's for lunch dilemma.
I have no trouble when it comes to deciding what to have for breakfast or dinner. In fact I usually plan a menu for the week so dinner is never a guessing game.
But when lunchtime rolls around I play the game with myself and I'm always looking for something "good" even though half the time I don't know what "good" would be. My choices are limited so maybe that's part of the problem.
So here we are and it's nearing that time of day and what do you think is going through my mind? yup...what's for lunch

Isn't that funny that you can come up with something for breakfast and dinner without any effort at all!

I usually play that game for all meals. I don't meal plan. Though with what I made yesterday for lunch/dinner - a large lettuce salad and a good sized fruit salad, I have that covered today. I finished the fruit salad for breakfast and I'll finish the lettuce salad for lunch. Now to figure out dinner. I hope you figure out what you're having for lunch. I did see a post about grilled cheese sandwiches. Those are always good.

In this house we are creatures of habit - lunch is a sandwich. Ham. My husbands eats one kind of ham, I eat a low sodium ham. We both use different kinds of mustard. So no thought involved LOL. Yesterday we ate out before my husband's doc visit and I had roast beef sandwich and he had a Ruben.

ha! I sometimes have that problem for dinner too- but lunch I either have a sandwich and/or soup-something light.

My lunch is always left over of last night's meal. No problem with that part. What's gonna be for dinner is sometimes my problem.

I don't decide. I go for whatever my moneybag permits me to have. And then there's my schedule. So I take on what's convenient and doesn't break the bank.:)
