So my friends here.Laugh on.Remember the TV show Laugh In

Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pains

I remember Laugh In. I was a child when it was on and only saw bits and pieces of it.

I believe this wholeheartedly. I laugh each day when I read the morning comics and also find many things about myself pretty humorous.

I'm a bit weird in that I don't tend to laugh. I love comedy shows and seeing stand-up comedy live, but I tend to laugh inside. If something makes me laugh out loud it must be REALLY funny!

I've heard of Jerry Stiller. Not the rest, except for you. All lived/have lived good long lives. Good description for laughter.

I remember Laugh In. They offered belly shaking humor. Some of today's comedians are funny, but some don't understand the difference between laughing with someone and laughing at them. A lot of their humor is cutting and rude, not funny at all.
