A day at the beach vs. A day in the mountains?

It may not be such an easy option for some people (at least for me bevause I love both places )... What would be your choice for a relaxing day? The beach still speaks louder in my mind.

I love both of them. But since there is no beach in my city, I may choose going to the beach since it is always welcomed to children.

As much as I do love the mountains, I'd probably still choose the beach. For me that would probably win.

I prefer the mountain air. When you live in the city, it is nice to go into the mountains, rent a cabin and experience nature. Plus, I love to see the changing colors of the seasons that I can't see where I live. However; if I got a chance to drive over to California to the beach, I doubt if I would turn it down.

I had a feeling when I read the title that you were going to ask mountains or beach. I would say both. They both have something to offer so cannot pick either one. Mountains to me have so much beauty and why would somebody not want to just stare at them for hours and the beach with the excitement and people enjoying themselves around you and the sand and the water is very relaxing.

Since I am living in the mountainside of my country, I am yearning to go to nearby beaches.
