Picture grabbed from a public article in facebook.

I was browsing my facebook page when I suddenly saw this article where in a child cutting the image from the money one by one. The title of the article says What will happened if you leave your kids for a second. I thought it is funny thinking of the reaction of her parents if they will see her doing it. but i was just thinking of what if it is my own child. I don't know probably if i will be angry and hit her if I saw her doing it or probably just pick up the pieces and put them all together with a scatch tape. What a mess.

Yes me too. When i saw it. I feels like what will be their reaction if they will ever saw those money. But at the back of my mind i was also feeling bad of those money because i don't know if they can still use it even if they will tape it together. I'm not sure if they can go to the bank and exchange for a new money. That's a huge money hahaha.

True. Though kids can go from place to place inside the house. No matter how secretive you are, they will always find way. Sometimes, i even think if my child can read my mind because she always knows of where did i put my important things. She rather remember things than me. They have good memory.

This is amusing but we all know her parents would have a heart broken to see that Kids really can do many surprising things if you don't pay attention to them for a while. There is a real case. A kid draw on his father's passport and all was in a mess and that's quite funny. His father couldn't go anywhere because of it

There are things that kids never understand. If they saw something odd or new to their eyes they become curious of the things. Even of we explained to them again ang again they will listen but not really sure if they absorb everything that we've been said to them. They can just simply say "sorry mama, i love you" then my heart melts. I love my daughter no matter what.

@Rianne009 Children don't understand the importance of money. If you give them $100 banknote and an ice cream. Be sure they will choose the ice cream

@youless yes you're right. I remember my daughter, it was christmas that time and she recieved a lot of money from her god father and god mother. Then, my brother supposed to give her a chocolate and told her that he will only give it to her if she will give all the money that she have to him. Then my daughter give all her money to him without any hesitation. We are all laughing at that moment. My brother was just joking but he didn't get the money. He just gave it to me so i can keep it before someone could get it.

Well if the child is so young then she cant understand the value of money. And yes you can put the money back together with a tape and let a bank exchange it for a fit one. Well at least in my country we cn do that. Idk tho if it does in yours.

@Rianne009 Yep, if 3/4 of the money is there then the bank will exchange it. I also work at a bank as well. .
16 Jul 17
My sister said that yes the bank can exchange it as long it is complete specially the serial numbers. But it must be tape together. She said the bank will surrender the money to central bank. She's working in a bank by the way.

Me too. Maybe they are trying to count their money then somehow they decided to get something and when they returned everything is already a mess. I remember my daughter checking my bag one time when i just got home from work. And i just left my bag on the bed because i went to the toilet. When i come back i saw her face all red and my lipsticks are broken because she was trying to use it on her face to draw. She even use it to draw at on wall. Those are the crazy days with my kid.

@jstory07 I agree. It is also not good to let the coins scattered in the house. It might be eaten by a child.

You have to admire her precision with cutting. It isn't worth hitting the child, it is the parent's fault for leaving valuables out for a kid to grab. Not everyone has to teach their kid "do not cut money" but apparently it is something that needs to be taught.

@Rianne009 They took the time to take a picture, so probably didn't bother them all too much haha

@DesirousDreamer yeah instead of grabbing the scissor from her. Looks like they just let the child cut those money instead.
16 Jul 17
Maybe the parents might be surprised and speechless. But if you also look aa to how the girl carefully cut those picture. It was like perfect. She may havw difficulties cutting those money in detail. My daughter is 7 and she knows what is money and how important it is. Even if i give her play money she even keep it like a valuable. And i remember her bring the money when we went to the store and when i was looking for my wallet. She handled me the play money. And i was laughing.

Right on we should be keeping an eye on money and not blame them for something that does not mean anything to them except a game at the time. I would be kicking myself I really would. I always kept my money well out of reach they never ever found it.

@Rianne009 I had a lot of people strangers in and out of the house then so I was very wise to keep it away from temptation as a few were not that trustworthy altogether.
17 Jul 17
Yes true. Though i actually never hide my money. It's in my wallet inside my bag and i just put my bag on the table. My daughter is is only interested on my makeup kit and ahe know how important money is.

If ever I am the parent, I will not punish the child. I should be the one to be punished for leaving the money in his or her sight. Kids are always curious about something.

Yes true. Maybe i can shout out of anger but not to hit the child. They will never understand and will never change even if i hit her. They will change in due time and will realized what is right and wrong. Maybe keep all important things out of their site and lock it inside so they can't open it.

I'm more surprised at the fact that the parents left that much money laying around on the table and for that long

Maybe the parents have a visitors while in the middle of counting their money for deposit. Then they may just let their child to look after the money. But kids loves to play so maybe thought that its a play money hahaha
