Would You Use That?

I was reading up on a few things to stop bleeding and natural antibiotics and some of the things that is said to work I would have never thought about. Honey for cuts to heal them faster. And the shocker for me was cayenne pepper to stop bleeding, just pour it on the cut and its said to clot the blood, fast. Something else about cayenne pepper, to drink one spoonful in warm water to regulate blood pressure. Who would have thunk? Would you use these natural remedies?

I have a book of natural healing remedies that I try first, then rush off to see the doctor. lol Honey must be covered with a bandage or you will ruin everything you touch!!!

I read about the cayenne pepper in my "Back to Eden" herbal book - but I don't think I'll have the nerve to try it.

The first thing whenever we get any common ailments is to use natural remedies. If they aren't cured then only we go for antibiotics

Natural is about the only thing I use, Cayenne does work and clots fast. Turmeric for pain like arthritis and such. Garlic is a natural antibiotic, Dandelion Root, Burdock Root is great for the Liver. Pau d'Arco helps with Gallstones. For a gall bladder attack Beet Juice with 1 T of ACV is great, pain is gone in like 15 minutes. I have used all these and more. Love my natural remedies.

I'd use them if there's scientific validation that they work. With cuts, I tend to soak them in beach or hydrogen peroxide and then let nature do its job.

Do you go down to the beach for a soak? Seems like the beach would make the cut hurt, sand and all I know a lot of folk tale fix`em uppers, some work, some don`t. A lady at the beauty shop was cutting my hair and nipped her finger, she had alum, sprinkled a little and it stopped, that was when I was 1 years old and I have use it many times. One I will not test is urine for a earache, n no and no, that is just to nasty,

Absolutely @andriaperry . Cinnamon & honey treats venomous snake bites and mange in dogs. Not to mention it's great for sore throats and coughs. If a dog or cat licks your wounds they will heal faster too.
