Is it just me?

Are the days getting shorter? I don't just mean the sunlight hours, but the whole day, have those 24 hrs shrunk over the years? I am asking because, I could get so much done in a single day a few years ago and before that, when I was a child, a day took as long as the modern week takes to slip past. I don't want to start a conspiracy about who stole time, was it big businesss corporations or a goverment plot, were the illuminati involved and so on. I just want to know if anyone else has noticed or is it just me?

Yes I have. It is quite frivolous to try to get done what I used to be able to in a day.

I should write a book about someone stealing days, hoarding them in store room for another time!

Well... You know you're getting slower when you reach that age when it takes you all night to do once what you once used to do all night...

I have heard this saying from some former Co workers years ago that were of that age at the time, and it didn't really hit home till about now: as we get older, the time goes much much faster. Makes ya think......

That is the truth I think, Contrary to belief age must speed us up so time seems slower!

It is not only you. I also feel like days have only 18 hours now. They are so short that when I wake up I must do 10 things at once to make time elastic than one at at time. It is frustrating!

We should be able to slow the clocks down as we wish, all the good stuff passes far to quickly.

The older we get, the swifter minutes, hours and days pass.

That's the shame of it, just as you learn to appreciate life, it is snatched away too quickly.

The days are certainly going by faster. Everything is speeding up. My days and nights have been reversed. I seem to be awake well into the wee hours of the mornings and then sleep during the day.
