Starmaiden Is this a new medication or something you've taken for a while? Your pharmacist should be able to fill that prescription for you or at least give you enough of the correct medication to get you through until you speak to your doctor.

Starmaiden No. Caffeine is a diuretic which means it causes you to urinate more and your body actually loses water. Most people take sugar in their coffee which is a dehydrant. You should always drink the recommended amount of water daily to keep the balance.
