I was sitting, thinking, remembering how many people have done all good to me.
Thankfully few names came up, though I can count them on my finger tips, but still grateful to almighty, there are few.
who always can be trusted.
As budhha says, change the habit to see only negative, try to find happiness...........I am happy

Trust is an important factor in any relationship. If we are to flourish in that we have to learn to trust people. And see the good in them despite of their little weaknesses.

you are very right, most people start focusing on people who cant be trusted and become unhappy. and majority is of such people..
trustworthy people are though in rare minority, yet they exist and thus makes life meaning full, isnt it

@spaceseed It is easy to say but when incidents happened which hurts in our own life, it is difficult to follow the preaching. Now I am almost out of the hurt and I prefer to consider it as a great lesson in my life.

@Sreekala I agree with you. but As budhha says pain is inevitable but suffering is. by reminding yourself, others bad karma you are again increasing size of your suffering.

I am glad you have had those people, good people in your life, even if only a few.
It is a blessing.
I am happy to know this saying by Buddha.

I try to believe that being happy is a decision. You can decide to be happy or to be decide. Sometimes it's not quite as easy as it sounds but that's what I try to do.

Being grateful for whatever we have is very important. I am grateful to God as I have my family and a few true friend, I can always trust and they are always there for me.
