Strawberries have a powerful flavonoid, that can work in our brain as a memory booster! But we'd better get pesticide free berries.. What a delicious way to treat our memory!
More research is emerging about fisetin: this little-known compound has multiple disease-negating effects throughout your body, especially in your brain.

Strawberries are not delicious here unless they're imported. But i bet the imported ones contain lots of chemicals to preserve it.

@buenavida Because this is a tropical country and normally strawberries don't grow here.

I sometimes read studies that indicate a certain food that improves our health or improves. Is it real? Or just a public relations experience of a company that sells to buy its product more?

When I visited the place where my dad was born, I could pick wild strawberries, and they were so delicious ..my dad told that my grandma used to pick them early in the morning and took them to the market place in town and sold them..

Interesting. I've heard they are also rich in antioxidants which can help fight cancer. Fruits of bright color are generally great for you.

Yeah, bio-flavonoids as they are called are useful in the release of certain chemicals that aid health stem cell development. But improving memory part simply depends on practice and learning. (*_*)/"!

I think we need both flavonoids and to practice our memory..
