This evening was a pleasant one to walk to the gym. Not too humid with sunshine, perfect temps and a cool breeze. I entered the gym the same time that Sara and Nate did before class started. Although there was a problem with the stereo tonight, my yoga instructor hooked up her Ipod to play our music to do yoga to. We also had a small class of 13 people with 3 newbies--two people left in mid-class for some reason.
Although we had no new yoga poses in class, here's what we did:
3 Down Dogs
2 Cat-Cows
2 Warriors One/Two Poses (1x/side)
2 Reverse Warriors (1x/side)
2 Warrior Three/Airplane Poses
2 Forward Folds with Shoulder Stretches
2 Tree Poses
2 Bridge Poses--1 with Leg Raises
2 Happy Baby Poses
1 Corpse Pose
That's about it for tonight!

Yep. It's enough for all beginners to do on their own too.

Just looking at all that makes me tired! I would have enjoyed the walk to the gym but not so much the rest! Good for you getting all that exercise and stretching.
