Self - discipline, can you do it?

In ordinary life, are you a self - discipline person?
Now the quality of self - discipline is becoming more and more popular. For many people, it is possible to succeed only if one can fully self - control. In order to achieve the goal, all bad habits and obstacles must be overcome, and this period will be difficult and time may be long
For example, to keep fit, you must stick to healthy eating and proper exercise day after day, year after year
If you want to learn a language, you must review it and remember it every day, although it is boring, you must insist
Maybe it's easy to stick to it for a short time, but it's so difficult for a long time that many people fall by the wayside
So, my friends, are you a persistent man? For the goal?

You can discipline yourself for what you want and your goals. that's enough. Proper relaxation is also needed for a better life

As of now I've learned to be persistent. I do have some slips but with I considered as minor things. Some old habits are really hard to kill.
