Important than saving ?

My boss at my previous company had a very great quality and he always used to tell me that. I am also sharing with my fellow mylotters.
According to him, there is a limit to what one can save, but there is not any limit to what one can earn.
I respect his words, do you agree

I tried by saving , but saving do not put much impact.though I am still against overspending

I agree with you on that premise. I also believe that saving can do a lot to improve our finances but having another source of income could help even more.

income should be flowing from multiple sources like different streams of water goes into sea
