Well it is 7:20pm EST and my dinner of homemade meatballs and red sauce is finally in the Instant Pot. I wasn't in a rush to make it as I had a late lunch. All I need to do now is get the water going for the linguine. I can have carbs tonight because I worked out. Pasta is not really on the approved list, but it is a starch so I'm just going with it. I won't have a lot of it. My husband is on his way home from Washington DC. He should be home around 9pm. He seems to be going there weekly lately. It is a good thing that he doesn't mind the travel. It has been a quiet day for me. I was out of the door early for the gym but I was back home by 9:30 and then just had to deal with staying out of the cleaning lady's way. I was amazed that she showed up on the original day and time that she said she would. I think that was a first! When she left I napped a bit and then took a nice long bath with my Kindle. It's been a lovely, relaxing day. Now I'm just waiting on my dinner and my husband to get home in my nice squeaky clean house. I hope everyone is having a wonderful night.
