oooh my shoulders are sore!

My gym is pretty intense with its workouts. I did 2 days in a row, yesterday and today. I've done a lot of cleans, push-presses, crawls, swings, Turkish get ups, waiter carries, etc. in the past couple of days.
I'm used to having a sore ass and sore legs, but today is the first day that I've ever had sore shoulders! They were sore in the first hours after the workout and they are sore 12 hours after I was at the gym. Ugh.
I'm happy to have a day off from the gym tomorrow. My arms seem to need it!
