Imagine that....how do you lose that many in your eye?
Anyone who wears contact lenses can attest that if you keep wearing them for over 8 hours, they are bound to get uncomfortable. The first thing you would want to do after getting homes is

@vsai2008 When I wore them, it did not take long before my eyes were tired and sore.

@MsBooklover I've never worn them. I would think she would know that if she put them in in the morning she would need to take it out at night. I can't put anything in my eyes. I had an accident involving a football back in grade school, so anything coming at my head, is not something I deal with. So contacts are out. I know I need cataract surgery whenever it's approved, and wonder how I'll be able to handle it.
The end of the football ended up in my eye and broke my glasses. It was winter and it took all day and various members of my class helping me look for that lens. It was found.

@just4him That sounds so traumatic. I need cataract surgery, too. However, I am not looking forward to it.

I ask myself how on earth did she get that many in her eyes without being really uncomfortable. I used to wear contacts, and just having one in my eye was enough.

I remember reading that and thinking the lady must be nuts. How could you not know that you never took your contacts out? I mean, did she think you didn't have to remove them? Since it happened over years I'd assume at some point she'd recognize that she never throws them away. But maybe I'm too judgey. Some people genuinely don't have common sense.

I responded to this yesterday, and it never showed up. It even goes beyond common sense because she had to be uncomfortable. I have had one in my eye, and that is enough. There has to be more to this. Or could this be fake news?
