Need To Rant A Bit

I apologize first of all here for ranting. But I've got to let it out.
I have wasted my whole day waiting for this very important prescription to be delivered.
The guy finally came at 4:00 P.M.
When I saw the small bag that he had with him, I knew right away that there was a mistake.
Sure enough, my most important item was my injections which I need.
So he said that he will return and bring them, buy it is already 5:00 P.M.
and I am still waiting.
I know it is not a big deal but it is for me.

That is very careless because prescriptions are important and should be delivered promptly and correctly. Hope you get what you need.

Of course this almost always is the story of my life and quite frustrating. Did you call the pharmacy etc and complain? Hope you get it soon if you don't have it by now.
