It's time for lunch and we just had rice with palak paneer, it's one of my favorite curries and I wanted to share with you all. This time I tried a hand at making it, it came out good surprisingly LOL, I too can cook The curry was finished as soon as it hit the dining table making me happy :)

That looks yummy. I peronally love beef curry, it's very tasty especially with plenty of rice!

Glad to know that your attempt is successful.

Palak is not the favourite of my children so I avoid maximum. In case I make it, I won't grind it but cut into very small pieces and use it.

Cutting into small pieces is a lot of work for me LOL, so I blend it I used to not like spinach in my childhood but my mom somehow managed to make me eat it making pakoras or Palak ka parantha or something like that

I love palak paneer very much. It is very delicious. My mom makes it on weekends. We enjoy having it. It goes well with roti.

My family also loves it..esp my brother He comes first and takes away all the paneer cubes lol
