Good afternoon.Back from lunch.Ice cream was lunch.
I learned something about hot dogs.Which is the best?
The best hot dogs are beef and pork.
Many have fillers.
hot dogs as many know they are high in sodium and fat.
How do you enjoy your hot dog. Most people us the roll.
Serve your hot dog on a whole wheat bun with fresh topping.

But when it comes to choosing a hot dog, it turns out that not all dogs are created equal. Reaching for the right brand in the grocery store can have a huge impact on your intake of fat and sodium…and determine how tasty your cookout will be as well. Serve your healthier hot dog on a whole-wheat bun with fresh toppings and you’ve got yourself a winning meal.

@amadeo We have been wanting to take them but haven't yet! They do sell Dodger Dogs in the stores though . . . the foot long ones they sell at the stadium . . . but we can't find long buns!!! And I guess it's not the same as eating them at a real game .

I agree that not all hot dogs are created equal. I know of one and only one place where they have much better hot dogs thn the ones I make at home.

I don't eat them at all....my husband only eats Thumann's which we can't buy down south. I have to order them from the company and the shipping costs are very high but they make my husband happy!

I do love my hot dogs..I try to go for the chicken or turkey dogs though..to keep the calories down a bit. I once gave my dog a veggie hot dog..he sniffed at it and walked away! Hey, they weren't that bad!

The local hot dog brands that we have here, the good tasting hot dogs are quite expensive for me. The cheaper ones just does not taste great although the taste is quite acceptable. Before we have this very tasty delicious hot dog but cost more. But i don't see it around anymore because i don't think consumers will pay a lot more just to enjoy that kind of taste. I usually think of my budget first more than anything else. After all i am not that picky. As long as the taste is not terrible then i will buy it as long as it is affordable and cheap enough for me.

My favorite hot dog is "Nathan's Beef Hot Dogs". They are a little bit more expensive than the other brands, but they have better quality within them.
