What kind of flowers do you love?

I love many flowers. Most of them are tropical flowers. Some of them I planted in my own tropical garden. Whenever I can't find the name of a flower, I feel like a detective, searching online and asking friends about its name. I can't find peace unless I have found out. I am sure you have noticed that here at Mylot.
The flowers I have planted in my tropical garden are torch ginger, sapphire showers, birds of paradise, different kinds of orchids, bougainvillea, yellow bell, torenia, red and white roses, Mussaenda (Dona Aurora, Dona Sirikit and Dona Cory), Moss Rose and many more. I miss my tropical garden

Of course I love orchids most especially those from my late mother. Do you have any favourite flowers?
It is past midnight again in my neck of the woods. I am already in bed writing this post. I hope everything is fine with your life. God bless.

I like blue bells in the fields. The sight of them are just glorious.
I also love the deep dark American Beauty Rose.

I love flowers, unlike you I admire them without knowing their names. One particular favorite of mine which I can never grow in my garden is a tulip!

I also admire the beauty of any flowers which I don´t know the name but I have to find out so I can tell and identify them. Know how to care for them and how to keep them alive
. No, we can´t grow tulips in our Pinas garden @toniganzon. That´s a pity as tulips only come in Spring.

I love flowers but I could not name my favorite ones. Hibiscus, I´d say today. But I could say another tomorrow.

It´s okay @marguicha. Hibiscus is stunning beauty too. I have red and pink hibiscus in my tropical garden. The red ones I use for making hibiscus tea and making a salad with other veggies.

I love flowers especially if I see a bunch of them in their natural habitat. I think my favorite would still be the rose. Any color I love. I also love looking at cherry blossoms, daisies and tulips. We used to have an orchid garden when I was a child. My mom had a mini greenhouse and when the orchids bloomed, they were so beautiful to look at.

You know many names of flowers, incredible! I tend to forget them even though I love flowers very much. (I have a very short memory!) My passion for certain flowers changes with time. Right now, it is anemones . I planted moss roses (different colors) 3 yrs ago. Haven't been too successful. They popped up every now and then - then gone (no flowers seen or too few!). I have plenty of different types of roses, chrysanthemums & daisies (so are bulb types). Lately I have focused in planting more tulips & daffodils.

Thank you @YrNemo . I love knowing the names of flowers and this knowledge of mine I passed to my small nieces who help taking care of my garden when I am not there. Moss roses are easy to plant by just having cuttings planted in pots or in the ground. They love full sunshine. I would love to have chrysanthemums & daisies in my garden. Tulips are beautiful flowers. I have visited Keukenhof garden in Holland where fields of different varieties of tulips are growing.
