Waking Up To The sound Of Early Morning Rain.

Today I woke up early and heard the sound of rain.I was happy to get up and watch the rain. Here it is Sunday morning.
It was nice looking out at the rain and there was a breeze coming in through the window I opened.
Early morning rain is not welcome for all,I know.
As I do not have to go out to work (it is Sunday anyway) and there is no dog to walk ,it was okay that it was raining in the morning .
The other best thing is going to sleep hearing rain and thunderstorms at night.

I do like the rain sounding like that on the roof top and on the window when I wake up...but usually I do not have to go anywhere.

I. too, woke up today to the sound of the rain. But then, as I live alone and had nothing to do, decided it was bed Saturday for me. I got up to prepare and eat meals, I watched TV and mylotted and I slept. Lazy lady!!!

Yes, after the rain nature looks soft and fresh.That is one benefit of rain ,you do not need to water your garden.Is it the season of Hazel nuts there?

@silvermist It's a bit early for the hazelnuts, but in a couple of weeks they should be ready to be picked up.
