I was texting a special someone today. *whisper: flirting here and there * then I received a text message from my cousin telling me to check my facebook cuz she has sent me the pictures of her newly born baby which i requested a day ago.
Suddenly I goofed and sent my flirty text message to my cousin! Jwbjshsbdkdodndk!!
I wasn't sure how to escape this embarrassment so i thought of just being honest to her that it was a wrong send then tried move the topic to her baby. Which was successful (thank god)
With this incident, I wish they'd invent an unsend button especially for sms. Will save a lot of face for sure.
What do You Wish They’d Invent?

So glad I have never had this situation haha! Perhaps, you should look at the names before sending anything. that is what I do haha!

Yeah. I learned my lesson. Double check the name especially if it contains "parental guidance is advised" stuffs

An unsend button would definitely be appropriate... I once sent a profane text full of swearing to my parents when I meant to send it to someone else... WOOPS!

@Mistletoe11 I simply explained that it was meant for a friend and that I accidentally sent it to one of them.. they joked about it later on but forgot about it eventually... no harm done

@Mr_Anomaly well that s good. If that were to happen to me, my dad would never forget about it and would probably bring it up and joke about it every time we will drink or he's drunk. Like how he never forgets the silly dance step i had to dance in kindergarten

like a warning prompt that says "are you sure you want to send this message to (name)?"

Do you know that it is possible to unsend messages?

@Mistletoe11 here is how. Immediately you have send a message by accident, turn your phone to airplane mode. The message will fail to go. Then delete it
I learned from the facts page on twitter.

I could sure use a reset button for teenagers, especially drama queens.
