My Breakfast

Since I decided to stop drinking coffee especially in the morning, so this is my breakfast (see photo above) for quite a while now: vegetable shake composed of all fresh and raw carrots, cucumber, chayote, and bananas with cold water. (As I mentioned in my previous post.)
Now, I feel healthy and really good. Believe me, I won't drink coffee anymore.
Of course, I am not against coffee for I know it has benefits also, like, as antioxidant and more. I just choose not to drink anymore.
So coffee drinkers please don't get mad at me lol!

I like to drink coffee or hot tea at breakfast. I will eat either cereal or eggs.

Everyone wants to drink hot in the morning and I'm one of them. But so far I feel better drinking my vegetable shake.

my stomach seeks something warm when i wake up.
why did you decide to stop drinking coffee? how many cups did you usually drink before?

Well, I only drink one cup of coffee everyday. I decided to switch on veggies for I believe it's more healthier.

@Macarrosel I thought it was something to read. As I am pretty intolerant to many vegetables, especially raw, I avoid this kind of drinks.

@LadyDuck I really think it's healthier because my breakfast is not a fruit smoothie but vegetable shake or smoothie. And I quote a small part of above article you shared and it says,
"drinking a home-made vegetable smoothie is going to be a lot better for you than a commercial fruit smoothie."
Mine is a home-made vegetable smoothie. I add bananas to taste and no sugar or creamer added. It just water.
Anyway, thanks for sharing such article. Now I know about it.

Drinking coffee early in the morning, Isn't good enough for me to face the problem thru out the day. Whereas I would prefer for fruit juice and nutritious food like veges food something like that. To boost you immune system and have a lot of energy all day long .
