ten things about me

Whilst twiddling my thumbs in bed I came across a post by @LoriAMoore, written in response to another post. So, I don't usually do these challenge type things, but I have nothing better to do ...
1. When I am old I'd like to be the local Crazy Cat Lady. My milkshakes will bring all the cats to my yard. I will wear an orange tea-cosy on my head and drink sherry every night before bed.
2. Last week I wondered if I should return to teaching. It must be easy now, right? Everything is just so technological. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. It was only a fleeting thought.
3. I'm an avid ran of the BBC1 soap EastEnders. I've been watching it since the first episode aired and I refuse to miss an episode even though it gets sillier with every week that passes.
4. I love to read. My favourite book is Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughter-house Five and I'm also developing an interest in Margaret Atwood books ... My guilty bath time pleasure is currently The Heart Goes Last.
5. I'm a great believer in Fate and how nobody is ever in the wrong place at the wrong time.
6. I don't believe in the supernatural; there's an explanation for everything.
7. I only have one kidney.
8. I have self-diagnosed myself with autism, ADHD, Fibromyalgia, arthritis, CFS and a hearing impairment. Google is my best friend.
9. One day I swear that I will write a novel.
10. I think I'm about to fall asleep ...

@poppylicious If you venture back into teaching don't let them see this list.

@Poppylicious Aspiring novelists are always suspect, especially the tea-cosy wearing, sherry-drinking variety.

@JustBhem I always say I did it for selfish reasons; I hated the way that I felt I could never relax whilst Husband was on haemoD. I was always waiting for the next infection or illness or pain or grumble!!
