Sunday lunch or brunch?

Sunday is the day I never have a proper lunch because my church is an hour away by train. Usually I have a rice ball from the convenience store.

Oh, that's a pity, but then again, I agree with you that going to church is a priority.
Maybe having a proper Sunday lunch has become a "myth" for people around the world, because of so many professional and personal obligations. There is no time for that.

I agree with you. It's better eating seated, surrounded by family, relatives and friends, than standing and having a fast snack on the go.

I like a regular situation, breakfast and then lunch later...
though there is a good brunch buffett in town too

To tell you the truth, I usually do the same thing, because I almost never wake up late in the morning nowadays, so I need an early breakfast for energy.
However, I used to have a rich brunch on a Sunday after a Saturday night out, when I was younger.

I wanted sunday to be no cooking day but sigh... I still have to prepare breakfast lunch and dinner. So no brunch or lunch for me.

I get your point. What can you say, these are the responsibilities of having a family. I hope your kids will do the same for you, I mean prepare a meal for you, when you are too old.

That sounds good! You get your protein from beans and carbohydrates from maize at the same time. I am having a mushroom risotto, just a plain dish.
