I have decided to start drinking more water. I would like to cut down a lot of the sugar drinks like soda pop in my life. It seems like I am feeling a little better after I started drinking more water a few days ago.
Do you like to drink water?

I do! I never liked soda's or any store-bought flavored drinks. All I wanted is water, preferably cold even when we're out dining.

I only drink water and drink about 6-8 glasses of water. I gave up on everything else years ago. I prefer the taste of distilled water and buy it in an 18 liter jug and it costs me $5.50.

I usually get the gallon jug of distilled water at Walmart for 84 cents. There is 3.78 liters to the gallon.

@Scrapper88 Great! I buy the bigger quantity as the bottle is reusable and I don't need to cause any plastic wastage. Is distilled water your favorite water?

Water is good for you. And I did see this documentary about tap water. They said that there is too many minerals in the water and that we should drink distilled water. There is nothing in that water and it is safe. They said that the minerals in the water we currently drink, and that goes for bottled water also, can cause many things including cancer in humans. The Chlorine and other deadly chemicals in the water are bad for us. Distilled water is pure and free from anything harmful. I am thinking about buying me some in the supermarket.

@Scrapper88 I have heard good and bad things about them. They don't all work like they claim to work.

People are buying a lot of the water purifiers to clean the water. I am not sure how good the water purifiers works though.

I feel so much better since I cut way back on my soda and replaced it with water. Now I easily get in my 8 or more glasses of water daily

We don't have a habit of drinking soda here instead of water. It's water what we drink when we feel thirsty.
