People say that extreme situations call for extreme measures.
So, when you need to save money to do something very important (or even to pay simple monthly bills), what would be your tips for it? Is there any magic formula for this?
Please, share your thoughts.

Set a daily spending limit for yourself and leave the rest in the bank. Only use cash and not credit or debit cards.

turn off the lights and fan when leaving the room. Remove the plugs from the socket after use, DOn't use air cond, on the fan instead. Don't use oven every week, once a month will do. Don't use the washer daily, 2 days once. Don't use the iron daily, 3 days once. I bet you can save a lot of money by now.

When you get your salary, first thing to do is get the portion for your savings then the rest you allocate for your monthly expenses. That way, there will always be a portion save. Formula should be like this. Expenses = Salary - Savings.

Magic formula is not to spend more than you earn, what's coming in must always be greater than what is coming out. Avoid unnecessarily getting into debt with interest, borrow only if you are sure it would earn you more than the interest + principal and return it to the lender asap.
