On Monday I am ready to get things going for the week, but its sad to say most offices are not feeling the same way Since I work 2 full time jobs this could get a little confusing, but I keep good records, so I am on top of this. I made all the calls at 1 pm and of coarse I get voice mail, I am used to this so..., I leave a detailed message with phone number. First the caregiver job : Doc # 1 - Me talking to the machine: Yes I am aware that he missed his appointment this morning and the reason was because of the last minute cancellation of the CT scan, needed for the doctor. Please call me back with the new CT appointment and doctor appointment. Doc #2 - Me talking to the machine: I am calling to let you know that " ___" is having sever side effect from his medication ( I name off all of them), is there something else he can get to replace this inhaler, since he cannot function at all he will not be taking it anymore. The Landlady : Call # 1 - The insurance company - Me talking to the machine: This is the second or third time I have called and I do not get you, just the voicemail , I need an address so that I can send you the estimate and the photos of the damage. The estimate is ____ and the company is ____. As I mentioned to you the first time we talked you can contract me at this number "AFTER" 12 o`clock each day. Call #2 - The electrician - HEY he answered! I talk for about 5 minutes explaining the problem and asked about hooking this part of the wiring into this other new part that was put in when he was to busy and I hired someone else, he said YES and gave me the appointment, and its closer than I expected and I am glad of that. Call # to the tenant No answer and no voicemail set up Sat down to mylot - Phone rings and the lady argues with Tony about his appointment. I asked for the phone and he said " here talk to her, already getting mad," I explained the call I got and they were already closed, I asked for an appointment for the scan and to see the doctor the same day, I was put on hold. She must have talked to the doctor and he told her yes the purpose of the doctor visit was to see the scan and go from there. They will call me back. Its just after 3 pm and I expect to be slammed with calls right at 4:55 pm. That is my Monday.
