How much sleep do you need?

When I was younger, I was able to function on a lot lot less sleep that I can these days. Now I seem to struggle if I get less than 9 hours sleep of an evening, but I used to be ok on 6 or 7 years ago.
I try to be in bed by 10pm of an evening, getting up at 7am and that seems to work for me.
How about you?

I need at least 7-8 hours sleep. I try to go to bed by 10.00 pm.

6-7 hours would be enough for me. Sometimes I take a power nap during the day.

When I was younger and my kids were babies I functioned well on little sleep. Now in my 30s I do very poorly on less sleep. Sometimes I even feel sick to my stomach if I am overly tired.

I don't get much sleep at all lately since my babies wake up in the middle of the night. I usually get 5-6 hours a night. I need a full nights sleep but that won't happen for a while. I function but i dont like it! Last night i only got 3 hours of sleep, I'm exhausted.

I am a night owl and will go to bed about 2am and get up around 9am. When I was working I use to go to bed at 8 as I had to get up at 2am.

There was a time when I could function on 5-6 hours of sleep. Now I need at least 7 to be able to face the day. I am usually in bed as early as 9:00 and up by 5:30-6.
My husband tends to burn the candle at both ends. He will push himself to stay up late, usually goes to bed between 11-1, and his alarm goes off at 4:30. Then of course the lack of sleep catches up with him and he sleeps like a log.

I get 6-7 hours of sleep and I sleep well during these hours. I don't wake up in between. So when I wake up in the morning I feel refreshed.
I make sure I get 6-7 hours of sleep every day...
