I spent the whole day today watching my series and my lotting in between the series. But I'm going out tonight to party. Was a good day staying in bed for a change.

@aureliah It's something that is rare for someone like me that works 7 days a week. It's a luxury to stay in bed the whole day.

I once tried that the pain was unbearable, I had to take a rest and wait for the pain to cease, I started with simple exercises like jogging and rope skipping and I graduated slowly to squats I started with 20 after jogging then gradually increased up to 100,just do what your body can take don't strain so much it might bring more harm than good.

Are you serious that you can do up to 100 in a day? How do you manage that?

Ooh too bad. Wish you a quick recovery. Squats makes the lower body hurt when you do them the first time. It is like you sit on air while exercising. Quick recovery.

Take a little rest for a while. Relax your muscles, and don't force them if you're already really fatigued.
