2 Hard Boiled Eggs For Breakfast

Its been 2 weeks already that I started my experiment to have 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast instead of rice meal. I'm doing this because I need to loss weight Im getting heavier lately and its bothering me since I belong to a family with diabetes so I am extra careful with my lifestyle.
And yeah I am proud to share with you guys that its a success. Its very effective! I lose 2.5 kls in 2 weeks.
I am happy that I found a new alternative breakfast meal.
How about you guys? How do you manage your lifestyle?

I try to reduce the breads, and grains, and sweets. I do eat eggs, sometimes for breakfast, sometimes for lunch because they are quick and full of protein.

yeah. very well said. the word sustainability is the most important otherwise there will be no ending process of losing weight. Actually that is 1 part of my struggle. But I keep on trying.

2.5 kilos in two weeks, wow that just rock.
You mean you only do this in breakfast?
Add that with running or biking activity in the morning and that 2.5 could be 5 kilos.

yup plus i lessen my intake of sweets. Lets see what will happen if I do some workouts
