I am currently going to the gym to start off my first bulking program. Not too sure about how to approach it, but will be starting with a 5 times 5 routine. Any recommendations on relevant routines for this winter?
Nice. I dont have any advice for you i am personally trying to lose some weight this winter as well. Got a good start on it but about 20 more to lose. Best of luck and let us know how it goes!
