Jonathan After a day of work I enjoy eating as much as I can, taking that long shower that sums up my day, spending time with those I love and mentally preparing myself for the next day. Till the weekend guys,

I am currently going to the gym to start off my first bulking program. Not too sure about how to approach it, but will be starting with a 5 times 5 routine. Any recommendations on relevant routines for this winter?
